I love when customers yell at me for their own shortcomings.

Understaffed no in store orders were being accepted. We were only taking mobile and drive thru orders. Two signs posted at eye level on the door as soon as you come in and another sign posted on the hand off counter. So many people just berating me because they failed to read the numerous signs we had posted. Not my fault you can't read and not my fault we are very short handed today.

@PepsiColaP Especially because I was swamped and the only person making drinks. My two other coworkers were swamped as well answering the endless drive thru and endless food orders on the oven.

Weird, I was just in a tourist town and one of the restaurants we wanted to eat at was just the opposite. They capped their online orders per hour and only took walk-ins.

@Starcrossed I wish it were that way all over. Unfortunately corporate greed only cares about how fast we can churn out orders and how many people we can serve over more traditional ordering methods.
