Freedom of Speech means you have the right to say whatever you want whenever you want, but it doesn't exempt you from the consequences of free speech.

actually it does, that's why it's called free speech. It's an enshrined right because we value the ability to speak freely without the threat of force which is why it's considered assault to physically attack someone for their speech and not just when the government does it
