Sometimes being disappointed or regret which are forms of heartbreak can cause that.
It鈥檚 happened to me so many times that now I see that we are all in the same boat .
Trying to fill that hole in our hearts.
We just have to find ultimate joy and satisfaction in our self and not be attached to the material.
