Sometimes being disappointed or regret which are forms of heartbreak can cause that.
It’s happened to me so many times that now I see that we are all in the same boat .
Trying to fill that hole in our hearts.
We just have to find ultimate joy and satisfaction in our self and not be attached to the material.
Which is harder than it sounds.
