Something I learned in my psy class that I try to live by everyday. If you do your hw for more than 50 mins at a time, you won't remember any of it really. But if you break it up into 50 mins, take a break, then go another 50 min block, then you'll do great and remember more. To lower stress levels, she recommended us getting exercise 20 mins 4x a week. So you could do 50 mins of studying, go workout for 20 mins, then get back to the books which works out perfectly.
