I wish all males are programmed to fix everything. I need a good handyman.

I'm sick of buying things when he breaks something small because he can't repair anything.

I’m about to hire someone to help me out and they’d better have a pickup truck.
GunFinger · F
@SW-User wanna hire my husband? He's just not a hamdyman, but we have a pickup truck.🤣
SW-User
@GunFinger at this point as long as he can lift heavy things itd be a great help 😆
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
Hire a handyman, one that is younger and good looking. It is good motivation 🤭
GunFinger · F
@cherokeepatti my husband is younger than me and good looking. Just not a handyman. So frustrating.
TheBustyBlogger · 26-30, F
@cherokeepatti I like this answer. And funny… and good arms, and a few extra tickets to a broadway show and….. (dream bubble pops)

Last handyman I hired was kindle a creep sadly. Short beer belly creepy
his hours make it difficult to find time to fix things. I just hire someone if I can't do it
@samueltyler2 he doesn't complain when something needs fixing and I'm sure he'd do it. my feeling is when he's home it's better to let him relax and enjoy his time. hiring someone isn't going to break the bank

@saragoodtimes i imagine that he probably made a lot more money than I did, since I was in academic medicine, but, I also enjoyed fixing or creating things. I guess it was the artist in me.
@samueltyler2 to be honest I never imagined he could make what he does. it provides us very comfortably
Pretzel · 70-79, M
If I can't fix it with superglue or a nail
it goes in the bin and I get a new one
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Pretzel what, no duct tape?
Pretzel · 70-79, M
@samueltyler2 not since the "mummification incident of 2012"
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Pretzel please tell us.
I LOVE fixing things. I buy broken appliances at Goodwill for pennies, repair them, and give them to folks in need. 😊
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
Introduce him to YouTube, the best place to learn how to fix things.
pdockal · 56-60, M
I do electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc
MarineBob · 56-60, M
Be thankful you didn't marry a tim taylor
Dino11 · M
They have repair classes at Home Depot.
When I do repair work on my truck, I just
Google it then watch a bunch of videos
Until I feel comfident.
TexChik · F
Have several things lined up , send him pics of the things you want fixed and how its broken so he can bring the right materials...and put him to work.
fun4us2b · M
I have exact the opposite problem - I fix and reuse everything, but she wants to throw everything out and buy a new one...then it annoys me so much when she goes on and on about the environment....really? Stop wasting stuff...
wildbill83 · 41-45, M
beyond me how anyone who either can't or doesn't like to craft/invent/fix/improve, etc. things can call themselves a "man"... 🤔
nedkelly · 61-69, M
Stop nagging, it will get done soon
GunFinger · F
@nedkelly he doesn't know how to fix anything, I swear.

scooogy · 31-35, MVIP
Maybe fix him instead? 🤔
SW-User
That’s super frustrating!
ImRileyTheDog · 22-25, F
That’s why you make lots of friends with a variety of skills

But that’s hard when you hate people
There’s no law that says a woman can’t learn to fix some things. In the same category with men learning how to cook.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@bijouxbroussard my youngest daughter has learned to do many fixed in her house. She is a strong woman!
GunFinger · F
@bijouxbroussard i can fix things too. I go to youtube and just follow instructions.
uncalled4 · 56-60, M
Some things aren't worth fixing. And I can do minor repairs, but my OCD won't be happy unless a pro does it (and I will watch and take notes).
Viper · M
I wish all females were program to ....

Nah... I don't want to be shamed and cancelled lol 🤣
Bang5luts · M
I was programmed to fix everything. It's about falling period in your home and family life
what needs fixin? did he break a pencil and nobody can operate the sharpener?
Some men should have been left on a hill at birth
TheBustyBlogger · 26-30, F
@Quoththeraven I actually lold at this
Justenjoyit · 61-69, M
I fix everything everyone else breaks lol
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
It’s frustrating. My husband can do things he just holds them over my head as a form of manipulation. Fun times.

You should hire someone.
