A very pressing matter

Vegans and vegetarians don't eat or like meat.

They want plant based diets.

Yet, they call their food by meat names.

"Oh, look at this steak (mushroom) I cooked ...doesn't it look like a steak?"

Why does it need to look like meat.. don't you dislike meat?

🤣😂

I was a vegetarian for about ten years, and never felt the need to compare the food I was eating to meat. I was perfectly happy having a nice, filling dinner consisting of three different vegetables. I still am. I eat small amounts of meat now, but I can and do go days without eating any at all. It is just fuel for the body and as long as it tastes good, I don't have to call it something it is not.
