I have not been having any issues with it. Most of the streaming related issues are typically related to a couple of issues:
1. Connection speed, and by that I mean how fast the connection is between your service provider and the rest of the world, not the connection between your home and the service provider.
2. Lag AKA ping. The lowest this is the better your connection will be.
I’ve been having issues too. Better on my phone. Ipad I can only watch through the website not the app and haven’t found anything that helps on the tv. Hoping they fix it soon!
