Quality of ingredients
Recently.. i always feels upset whenever someone on Youtube said they are making delicious cakes with cheap ingredients. It is possible in cooking, but in baking.. the quality of the ingredients matter. You can't bake a good cake with chocolate compound or margarine, i've tried, both the taste and texture are totally different. I know that they are trying to make the cheap version of the real thing, but to claim it that it's the best cake ever is annoyed me
