A persons worth has zero correlation to their looks, I can assure you plenty of the people who society considers to be the most attractive have the exact same issues.

@apersonnamedit But you have to go no matter what! You can not afford to be losing more weight my lovely, it will be the death of you if you don't stop starving yourself.
I completely understand how upset you must be about your bloke but you can't let lifes crap get in the way of your treatment.

@AntisocialTroll I'm going to try to push myself to go to my next session to go back to a routine again. I've actually reached my lowest weight yet. I don't feel any better physically. In fact I feel worse

@apersonnamedit I'm so sorry to hear you are at your lowest in more ways than one, you have to get back to those sessions.
I do understand just how hard it is to motivate yourself to do the things you need to but you're not daft and you know what you are doing to yourself is not sustainable, please start going again this week.

Nah that's not true. It's a self imposted judgement, you're not good enough for yourself. I understand that as I've been through it a lot too. By all means, do things that make you feel better, I'm losing body fat and gaining muscle for instance, but don't beat yourself up.
You'll meet people who'll like you and they'll like you for who you are, you have to be open with them and be yourself. You can work on that and figure it out over time.

Lose weight for health and if it will make you feel better about yourself. But in the end, it's who you are inside that counts.
