UA (emergency use authorization) products are unapproved, unlicensed, and experimental. Under the Nuremberg Code--the foundation of ethical medicine--no one may be coerced to participate in a medical experiment. No court has ever upheld a mandate for an EUA vaccine. Covid-19 injections do not confer immunity, do not prevent transmission of Covid-19, and, as stated by the vaccine manufacturers, were never intended to. They were only intended to "maybe" mitigate some symptoms of the disease; a disease which has a better than 99% survival rate without any vaccine, and which has several very effective therapeutic agents known to assist with survival of the disease. Vaccine manufacturers have been protected from liability related to injuries or deaths caused by experimental vaccines since the PREP Act was enacted. Companies and all other institutions or individuals who mandate experimental vaccines on any human beings are not protected from liability, and employees can file a civil suit against such employers should they suffer an adverse event, death, or termination from their place of employment due to such mandate. OSHA is absolutely correct.------
