@MalteseFalconPunch look at the automotive industry. They employ a shadow of the amount of staff that used to in the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s. Machines doing the work of people.
Why would you want to split profits with others when you could just buy a machine that does all the work 10x faster. Never calls in sick and don’t need a union and works round the clock without complaining?
