It’s official, Trumpettes!

Biden has now officially secured enough votes to be elected president. Only four states left to certify, three of which are Democrat.

Don’t pin your hopes on the Supreme Court to award Trump Pennsylvania:

1. He hasn’t got the time to bring his case to the SCOTUS before Tuesday’s deadline.

2. Even if SCOTUS rules in his favour, the segregated votes won’t be enough for him to overturn Biden’s lead, even if he is awarded every single one.

3. Even if SCOTUS decides to award him Pennsylvania, he still won’t have enough EC votes.

Also, don’t pin your hopes on Faithless Electors. Both Houses have to approve their use.

Good luck getting them past Pelosi.

Face it, Trumpettes: Trump has lost. It’s over 😎

Technical it's not official until congress certifies the electoral college, which happens Jan 6th, I believe.

But really, there is nothing currently for them to hang their hat on to really argue with facts.

That being said, I've said from the beginning, all these different land marks of when it might change are bullshit... there are only two ways this election might change

1) They find real proof of mass fraud ACCORDING to an active judge and their court room, and most likely muliple court room and judges would need to agree, which none, not even the conservative ones have said they'd been show anything close to proof yet.

2) US Congress refuses just certify the state elections. Where they can't make Trump win, but they can effective knock Biden out.

Of course, I believe (I'm not certain, but I believe) this could set up the Speaker of House to set a vote, and in theory they could set the vote for Jan 21st, 2025... meaning the next election winner to be certified becomes President.

What happens in the mean time? The Speaker of the House becomes ACTING President. Which has been Nancy.

So if I'm correct, even if Trump gets his way of stopping Biden from being President... doesn't nessarily mean he gets to stay President.

And Republican might have a choice, everything is normal and go with Biden, or black eye on American history during their watch and the possibility Nancy might become Acting President because they refused to certify the election. I don't think they like that.
@Viper Trump's term ends at noon on Jan. 20. There is no legal way to extend it, other than him winning the election. So you're correct, if there is no president on that date, Nancy Pelosi becomes acting president.

There is also no constitutional mechanism to re-do the election. If it were proven that the election was so fraudulent as to be meaningless, and Congress refused to recognize the electoral votes (or there are no electoral votes), then Pelosi would serve as president for the next four years until the next election.

However, none of this will happen as no evidence of fraud has been presented in court. Everything will proceed as planned and Biden will be sworn in.
