Ugh.... how long does Widow-brain last?
I felt like I was on the brink of a panic attack today. I went shopping at Walmart and after I got all my junk on one end of the store I went to the grocery side.
I had it in my mind that I would buy just a bunch of groceries and stock up. (I only buy a few meal ideas once in a while I still can鈥檛 plan anything)
I went up and down several aisles and all I had was chocolate milk and two cans of stewed tomatoes.
I felt so defeated and confused. I started sweating and got tunnel vision. I literally felt like I was panicking because I couldn鈥檛 figure out how to buy groceries.
As weird as this is I was telling myself that my cart was full of groceries over and over again until I could focus enough on getting my things and leaving the store.
Am I ever gonna function like a normal person? 馃ズ
