I don’t know, but I know what it’s like to need to get away from it all, and you two are a bit stressed right now, judging by your posts. I wish you could find that retreat from the troubles of life, and recharge your vital energy. @SageWanderer

@Carissimi I do have a plan in place right now it's just the timing. But instead of the beach it's going to be the mountains.

@Carissimi Maybe part of my problem is that I haven’t been anywhere out of town since December. I like getting away for the weekend now and then.

@SmartKat We're lucky having an RV although not going to the "touristy" places. So can still get away and be distanced too.

I prefer mountains and lakes to the beach, so pick me up too. 😉@SageWanderer

@SmartKat That will do it. I’ve been isolated since March. Haven’t been inside a grocery store since then. It’s a wonder I haven’t lost my mind, after spending last winter cooped up too, but at least I got to the store before Covid. I should be half mad by now, but I’m not. I guess my living in solitude, since I became single, has helped me cope. If I were younger, I don’t think I would cope. I suppose with age comes a certain resignation about life and expectations. It would be harder for me at your age.

@Carissimi At least the mountains are a short drive and I’m in the wilderness. We inly have small lakes here but being near the water is healing! Pack light!!
