I Have Something to Say
Life... Is risk!
Every second, minute, hour, day, week, month, year, decade, century, millennium, we take risks regardless of knowing it or not.
We take a risk when we step out our front doors or cross the streets.
Many students risk being bullied, just by going to school; many Mom & Pop store owners risk getting robbed, just by going to work.
Many workers, both essential and non-essential alike, risk the inherent dangers of their respective lines of work.
students who don't go to school, risk NOT getting a decent education.
workers who go to work, risk getting fired.
Party goers who don't attend the party, risk missing out on what may very well be the best times of their lives.
And I could bombard with endless examples at the risk of being a bore.
But should risks ever stop us from living our lives and fulfilling our hopes and dreams?
NO!
Now, I've heard almost every line in the book.
"No pain, no gain!"
"No risk, no reward!"
"Nothing ventured, nothing gained!"
"If you don't ask, you don't receive!"
and many more...
These are OUR lives, the lives of the Human Race and we only get one, each!
And what we each do in our respective lifetimes, be it good or bad, fun or boring, interesting or ordinary, all comes down to the choices we make for our respective selves and each other.
Life is what we all make it!
