I Have Something to Say
Just wanted to share this because I'm still shocked:
So, one of my customers told me this today (I work in a call center).
They didn't have much confidence when they went into one of our retail stores to do a return because the employee didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. When the cusromer asked if he should get someone to help him, the employee replied:
No one really knows what they're doing here, and no one cares. I hate my job. We all hate this job. You can ask anyone who works here, and they'll say the same thing.
