i think the leash laws are outa hand when they think Cats should be in a harness and leash , like yeah they'll go with that , NOT ! , my Cat "Buddy" almost strangled him self trying to get out of it , had to keep him inside , thought he'd like it out on the balcony , i live near a 4 lane busy blvd
