I am in a terrible mood. Everything feels heavy right now...overwhelming. I just want to go to sleep and wake up when the flowers are blooming again.

@JaggedLittlePill Me too! Already have the spectrum light out. Trying to avoid antidepressants if I can. May start going to a tanning bed.
