I've had anxiety for the past few years and I hate admitting it in real life. Often I feel I'm not confident enough. Is there anything that can help me get through it?

@tropicaltiger Exactly, there's such a negative stigma around mental health. If you had an infection, you'd see a doctor and get it treated. If you're diagnosed with high blood pressure, you'd get on meds and possibly change diet. Your mental health is just as important as physical health and directly affects physical health. No one should be ashamed to get the treatment they need.
