I Have Something to Say

I don't understand why it makes some people so ANGRY that I want to be treated like a human being by my employer. I want fair pay for honest work and the basic respect and dignity a person would give to their neighbor. That doesn't sound exorbitant or entitled to me. But apparently saying that's what I want makes me "weak" and is "whining" or means I'm a "snowflake".

@KaiserSolze right, which is what I meant by projection. It is their fears they are projecting.
