Shame on them :D. I read all my messages. People have taken time out to write to me, decent thing i can do is atleast read them.

It's not flattering, it's an inconvenience.
I don't engage randoms on the street with conversation either.

I usually don't give them an excuse or explanation since some people can't take no for an answer. Some people get downright nasty when they hear the word NO.

A social circle offline makes strangers less of a priority for me.
Not everyone is here to make friends.
