How tall are you and what is your BMI? That is what helps make the diagnosis of obesity, or you could send a selfie.

At that height, sadly, your BMI would put you in the obese range. I had a weight problem, but decided to lose and went on weight watchers. I am a success story. If you want it, you can do it!

@samueltyler2 I tried to do squats, I run almost everyday now I’m looking what I’m eating, umm and I walked and lifted weights and do sit-ups also pushups and crunches but nothing works :/ the other option is not eating

Losing weight requires a plan and discipline. That is why I was successful with Weight Watchers. If you have one nearby join up and follow their advice and attend their meetings.

Yes not eating the whole day and I do running, jogging, lefting weights not even weights help me @samueltyler2
