What is the most random fact i know? Hard one, but...

Did you know that Hitler refused to annex the German people in northern Italy, who had until 1918 been Austrians because he wanted Mussolini as an ally? Seems strange when he preached about one country for the German people!

That is interesting. I'd imagine he was planning on doing so, but only after he no longer needed Mussolini's aid. He did invade Russia who were also his ally, and I strongly suspect had he not lost all of Italy would have been next.
