Why do we need titles? it's not a book chapter

Do you ever get a burst of inspiration for 30 minutes and never get it again for months? I think my time is up🙄 Now instead of inspiration, I'll have to use something else? Spite? Blood, sweat and tears? Somebody take me out of my misery
