I've heard so many stories about "the talk" with your parents

But I never got one. I had sex ed in middle school, and the rest I figured out through friends, the internet, and personal experiences. My parents taught me nothing about sex. And there was no way I was gonna ask them. How often do parents actually talk to their kids about sex?

I never had that talk with my parents either. It was friends from school, my dad’s porn mag collection , etc.. I grew up in the 1960s so no internet or advanced stuff. There was a newsstand with hard core porn and a seedy porn theatre in town.
