A woman got her boyfriend's fingertips tattooed on her neck. Like, in a choking sort of way. Nothing wrong with liking being choked but... what if they break up?

A video was making the rounds showing a Police decoy car being broken into {decoy car due to a spate of theft from vehicles} ... on the hidden Police cam, it showed the criminal stealing items, when the Police reviewed the tape to try and identify the criminal by his facial features, it showed that the criminal had tattooed his name and date of birth on his neck ... the only 2 things needed to identify him on their Police Criminal Database 🤭🤭🤭
