After you started going to the gym how long did it take you to start seeing results?

@ninjapuppy my lunch is now three rosemary breadsticks and an apple, and I only eat beef, lamb or pork at the weekends. You have to decide if it's worth it. It took me years and I only did this because I was getting uncomfortable in a suit for special occasions, and I like looking and feeling good in a suit!
