@samueltyler2: 😳. I only have to make one comment on a question to get told to go away before I hurt someone. Or to sit down because I'm drunk. Some people think they OWN the site, and mostly it's the newest members. I don't know where else they go for their daily fixes, but they arrive here with some really bad attitudes. Ya know, like the new neighbours who move into a house down the street and start bullying the people who've lived there since before these new punks were born.
I try to ignore them, until they get too nasty, then I block them.

I understand SW is an anonymous site, so you won't get hit truly personally, but it is upsetting sometimes. I found myself blocked for being kind and trying to be helpful. Recently I tried to talk someone into feeling better about herself. She "attacked" me and said that she doesn't want to ever "hear from" me again. I won't test that statement.

@samueltyler2: the things that make me block people are more likely to be their treatment of others, not me. Or if I find that they are all about grossing us out. Or if there is nothing but sexual content in their posts and responses, but they don't have their profile set to adult. I avoid blocking anyone who provokes me, because I'm very stubborn and won't give them the satisfaction. I do, however refuse to interact with them anymore.
I've discovered that the ones who tend to dislike me most and get rude with me, are the ones who either don't get my silly sense of fun, or have no sense of humour at all.
If I begin avoiding someone and they begin stalking me to attack me when I answer someone else, then I report them as well as saving screen shots of the offending posts. I've discovered that some like to attack you, and when they are quite certain you've seen it, they delete the attack. That's the reason for the screen shots.
