I Have a Question

anyone know what youre allowed to do in low income housing as far as creating your own job? I have hud and i cant get a job at all so Im thinking of doing something like selling avon online. Is it true they dont care as long as you dont have people coming and going? of course i would report income from it but I wondered what i was allowed to do and not do exactly.
