I Have a Question

Am I being a bad son if I don't say happy father's day to my dad? He's a good father, but I don't really want to talk to him. I'm not super close to him, but I also don't want to hurt him. Should I just swallow the pill and talk to him, or is it ok for me to go on with my day and not say anything and ultimately feel better, even with the minor guilt?

mic11225 no not at all I can appreciate that situations between you and your dad can cause friction I had a bad relationship with my dad he passed two years ago so this is our third fathers day without him and as a family we all miss him greatly [ and that go for me too ]so what i am saying is take the advantage of the time he is with you
