I Have a Question

Do you think it's true that people don't ever grow up? My dad used to say that and it does seem to be true. I work retail and at work we have a saying, "most people are just 5 yr. olds in an adult's body" because of all the whining and demanding the customers do. But it's not just at work. Most people seem to think the world should revolve around them and get upset over petty things just like little kids do. This is partly a rant and I'm slightly exaggerating but overall most people seem to be at the emotional level of a 5 yr. old half the time.

Well, the thing is I still feel like a young 18 year old, just a few more aches and pains. But emotionally I still feel young. I've talked to older people about just this and a lovely lady who was ninety smiled at me mischievously and told me that she still felt 18 as well. I don't think we really age emotionally but we do have more responsibilities and manage them better than a younger person.
Good question.
