Hopeless, not knowing how to do it and having to do so is far more dangerous ... Even with phones and road service things can happen out of the range of service with weather approaching . . . All it takes is one call from your daughter thanking for having such a stupid rule and saying it likely saved their lives .. Knowledge is often power ...
