I Have a Question

Do you think it's true that most people want to use you or take advantage of you in stead of support you or do the right thing? It does seem like a lot of people simply want to get what they can from the people around them and don't care that much about how their treatment affects them. Unfortunately it is human nature to only be concerned about how everything affects yourself. I just wondered what other people's experiences were.

I think that it appears that way but only as a consequence of societal conditions. I don't believe that people are intrinsically that way and in the long term it may be counter-productive behaviour. As someone once said:
'People were made to be loved. Things were made to be used. The reason why the world is in chaos is because things are being loved, and people are being used.'
