I Have a Question

Do you think it's true that most people want to use you or take advantage of you in stead of support you or do the right thing? It does seem like a lot of people simply want to get what they can from the people around them and don't care that much about how their treatment affects them. Unfortunately it is human nature to only be concerned about how everything affects yourself. I just wondered what other people's experiences were.

I think there are a lot of people like that yes, but I don't think everyone is like that. I think just as many will genuinely care about supporting and helping. Just depends on the person.

I definitely don't think it is human nature to only care about how things affect yourself though, look at all of those people that cannot help themselves and live for others.

I do understand what you're getting at and that yes there are a lot of selfish people that have no concern for others, and when I come across those people I choose not to have them as part of my life.
