I have a lady friend that means a lot to me but I don't know how to tell her that. Should I call her or text her?

My suggestion is that you call. A text is not as enduring as a call would be. Sharing your feelings is special, let her hear your voice, the way you will pause then start up again or the nervousness trust me she can even tell if you're smiling.
