I Have a Question

There is a certain person at first and then other people, mostly my nieces and nephews, that my mind needs to know they are okay. Once that is clear in my mind then I can get on with the day. To me, it says I love them more than any others.

“Mmm, yes. I love when the sunlight wakes me at the perfect time. And it gives the room the perfekt glow. Hhhh, it's so peaceful right now. Coffee would go great with this.”

Literally my thoughts every morning

“It's another dull day” is probably the thought I have almost every morning. Other times, it’s something positive instead. My mood changes as I start my day. I can be happy, sad, excited, and bored throughout one whole day. All of the emotions I feel, I just go with them, expressing all of them at appropriate times. They’re all valid emotions so I acknowledge them all. Thoughts control emotions so if I want to change my emotions, I examine my thoughts to see if they’re beneficial or harmful to me. The harmful thoughts are useful because they serve as warnings. They still have a purpose.

I thank God that I'm alive for another day and wake up with a clear mind and a smile on my face ☺

That each day is a new day. I have the opportunity to make that day a positive one if I choose to have the right attitude. I think is says that I have the key to my own happiness.

The first thing is a lady I love that left. She seems to still own my mind, but not in a bad way.

A very special friend of mine. We know each other since 1 1/2 years now and we have daily contact to each other. 😊
