I Have a Question

How do I do a good job without hands on training? I managed to get that job handing out samples in the stores. but they said I might be alone when working. which means noone to ask questions to, unless I call the company, we have a number to call. I wouldve loved to have had hands on training. I have to start doing this sunday and I'm totally confused. I dont even know how to do the time sheet online cause you have to put the receipts in there somehow and all i know is to keep them and call the company later. dont know if you need a smart phone for that or what. and yes I've seen their videos online several times and Im still confused. I would love a job and tired of living without one. so how can I learn all this without a teacher. any suggestions?
