I Have a Question

what do you think happened to my job? I had been doing a lot of paperwork for this company where you hand out samples in the stores.even background checks and drug testing. I finally get done with it all and this lady from the company , its out of state, calls me and asks me to go to this store and call her when i get there, it was a 40 minute kind of training, anyways i went, took my tracfone and called her, the phone died in the middle of talking to her even though it was fully charged, so i went to the managers there told them what happened and they let me use their phone to call her back, so i finished the phone training, i asked her when im supposed to go there next and she didnt even answer me, she said nothing, i get done with the call so i leave, a couple of days ago i had filled out something online about these offers for store training, i had clicked on interested on 4 different time slots to give them options on when to send me, anyways when i got home, i got messages saying they took those offers away, when i was there someone was taking me to show me where the cart was, the cart was taller than me, im 4ft5, the person was on the phone so she didnt know i was short but the managers there did, wondered if they told her after i left. i know its possible to get discriminated cause my twin told me one time they wouldnt hire her cause she was short, and they told her that, just wondered why she wouldnt tell me when im supposed to come back next or take away the offers they originally gave me, any ideas of what happened and do i still have a job?
