I Have a Question

Is it possible people are discriminating because im short, Im 4ft5 and im an identical twin and my sister was saying that when she went for a job in some store they told her they couldnt hire her cause shes short. im the same size, im always having a hard time finding work so i wondered if they were doing that to me too
