I'm sorry. Recently I had to deal with insanely intrusive and almost endless texting from someone, and it's horrible. I mean...I had the impulse to WANT to help...but it was an imposition on my time.
You DO have the ability to block your sister's phone number...which is what I did to the endless texter. I know you don't WANT to do that...so your ONLY option is NOT to answer the phone OR the texts. Pretend they are not there.
