How tough is it really to work in a dry cleaners?

I dropped off some of my kilts and dance dresses to a dry cleaner a few days ago. I even paid for it then and got a ticket for when I return. I came back yesterday and handed them the ticket and they came back with the most old fashioned suit I ever saw 🙄 took about another 10 minutes to find my actual outfit.

Anyone know what takes them so long? They weren't even that busy
