@mindstruggle Me too. Especially when you need a lot. I always have fresh spinach frozen for my frozen smoothies and I buy a minimum of 2 bags of mandarins each time I get them.

@mindstruggle The guy who I learned from put it in the last few minutes with boiling pasta - I make too much for that and one of my boys doesn’t eat broccoli so I can’t do that anyway. I boil water and put it in a few minutes. If the bottoms are thick, I slice them on those parts in half or fours if they’re really big. Here they are ready to go in. After it’s cooked I sautee garlic and oil and then again with dried hot pepper. Only two of us like it hot.
