I’m a certified nail tech and when I went to school the worst thing those expired things can do is not hold up or work right away. Not sure if that’s considered a health hazard. Plus school supplies are meant for practicing and learning. Not trying to be negative, just passing along info I learned on.
I guess the health dept can determine it though.

If you know for a fact that expired nail care products are a health hazard (it doesn’t seem like it to me but I’m no expert) then you can certainly make a report. At worst, nothing happens and hopefully the school doesn’t find out it was you. At best, maybe you can get the school to close until they replace all of the chemicals and fix the hot water.
If you’re supposed to be finishing your training and becoming certified, that seems like it will delay your completion- perhaps for quite a while. Weigh that into your decision.

No, you wouldn't thats unsanitary. You are paying tuition and they can't afford new supplies and hot water. Tip off a news station also!

Doing pretty much anything “because someone pissed me off”. Never ends well.

So you don't really care about the health and well-being of others? You're only interested in reporting them because they pissed you off??

Is it Middle School High School or college?

I believe she's referring to a cosmetology or nail school. I might be incorrect. 🤔
