It stops growing at a certain length unlike the hair on your head.

@Nitedoc Interesting, as a physician i should know that, i wonder if there is a reason, and a set length that is maximum.
I just learned something, thanks for stimulating my interest, maybe a bad choice of words:
es, pubic hair stops growing at a certain length, typically reaching a maximum length of about 1–2 inches due to a short growth phase (anagen) that lasts only a few weeks. Unlike scalp hair, which grows for years, pubic hair follicles are genetically programmed to stop, shed, and renew after a specific time.

Key details:
Growth Cycle: Pubic hair has a short active growth phase, after which it enters a resting phase, dies, and falls out, keeping it at a relatively consistent, shorter length.
Genetics & Hormones: The maximum length is determined by your DNA and influenced by hormones like testosterone.
Friction & Wear: Because of constant friction, pubic hair often wears away or breaks before reaching maximum potential length.
Age Factor: As you age, the growth phase can shorten further
