Is there anyone you avoid contact with, family members or others, and why?

If someone had a grudge to bear, what would it take for them to forgive and forget? Seeing we are only in this world for a short time, would you take it to the grave?

Plenty of people, because they mistreated or downright used me for their own gain and never even admitted to it.

I'm not good with conflicts, so it's easier to avoid them for the rest of my life than to actually argue with them. (I have Avoidant Personality Disorder)
