I do not tend to lose things. Usually just toss them out or give them away because they seem unimportant but then later I wish I had kept them. Usually for sentimental reasons.
So working with that, I had a friend in 5th grade and I had a picture of her that I threw out in a cleaning spree that I wish I had. I never saw her again after leaving elementary.
For actual "losses", that same year (5th grade), my year book was stolen and I wish I had that.
It was the best year of my life.
