Wow. Was about to go really dark side and say my dad. Sorry. Will recalibrate.

I will say his watch though. It was a Rolex face with a thick leather studded band. Definitely unique. Definitely him. I passed it down to my oldest and he left it behind somewhere in his old apartment. I wish I wasn’t still heartbroken over it, but unfortunately I am.
@PerfectionOfTheHeart i was going to say my mother. She's the only reason i survived my childhood. But, decided didnt want to bring people sadness by making them think of people. Sorry if i made you feel sad

@Bexsy No, no. The little girl in me will always attribute him to loss, just like your inner little girl will think of your mom. Thank gawd we had them both when we did. No sadness though. Only ❤
