Has anyone experienced people walking down the street that the live on without using the footpath?
For example which could be a hazard for people using any kind of vehicle like bicycle or car etc

Yes. Most people use the paved sidewalk, but a few people prefer to walk or run in the street. It's a quiet street with no fast traffic.

But its no big thing here, esp if you do it at non peak traffic times.
Hell ...kids even play in the street in summer.
Besides... in the country there often isnt a footpath so...🤷♀
