How do you relax when you're very stressed?

I've been drawing.
It's been therapuetic. What do you do to destress?

Get to the meaning of whats hurting you...mumble talk to yourself give yourself the space to hash it out so to speak, and make big rules for yourself, like dont do anything too quick or any kind of forceful...and then pull out the brushes or walking shoes or some kind of good ideas.
